TTEC Director of Client and Supplier Assurance Management in United States

What You’ll be Doing

This role manages key functional and compliance processes at the intersection of information security, supplier security and risk management. A comprehensive understanding of industry compliance frameworks and standards is required, especially as it relates to supplier and client services. The job also requires risk and control evaluation, the development of business and information security and technology mitigation strategies, and an ability to manage internal and external relationships.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Govern internal staff’s key performance indicators for new client assurance and supplier management tasks and assignments.

  • Flourish positive working relationships among internal staff, internal organizational departments and external clients and suppliers.

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of organizational information security policies, processes, tools, applications, and functions.

  • Solid understanding of internal organizational divisions and functions, with a key focus on communication delivery from line management to executives.

  • Facilitate, bridge, and maintain relationships between TTEC teams (including IT, Operations, IT Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Sales and supporting organizational departments), the potential new client’s security teams, and third-party and fourth-party suppliers.

  • Partner with internal departments to identify and review supplier candidates for optimal alignment to the organization’s information security, compliance, risk, and business models.

  • Identify security and compliance risks that require escalation to executives and leadership for remediation and resolution, including providing mitigation support for remediation efforts.

  • Review, oversee, negotiate, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams on commercial client and supplier agreements, statements of work (SOWs), master services agreements (MSA) and other contracts to ensure appropriate information security and industry compliance functions, processes, and requirements are met.

  • Manage and monitor suppliers’ adherence to stipulated information security and compliance deliverables.

  • Lead the organization’s global independent, third party, industry compliance audit assessment (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HITRUST, HIPAA) interviews and audit functions for supplier security and compliance management.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Supplier Risk Management principles and tools.

  • Solid understanding and knowledge from a supplier standpoint of industry and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS; SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II, SSAE 18 or current standard, ISO 27001/2, HITRUST, data protection laws (e.g., GDPA, DORA, HIPAA).

  • Working knowledge of information security risk assessments, compliance controls and safeguards, incident response practices, security infrastructure, technology terminology, and related procedures and methodologies.

  • Solid understanding of information security and compliance controls and safeguards, incident responses processes and security infrastructure.

  • Proven ability to analyze, multitask, and problem solve.

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Bachelor’s degree in cyber security preferred.

  • Minimum 12 plus years’ experience in Information Security, and IT Compliance frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The anticipated starting range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $140,000-150,000 annually.
