What You’ll be Doing

Looking for an opportunity to create a positive employee experience through facilities management? Working with local management teams, you’ll ensure our site facility is operational 24/7 through regular inspection and maintenance. You’ll team with vendors, the site's facilities head, and other team members to perform the safety, security, and general maintenance activities to ensure standards are met and is a safe and pleasant working environment for all employees and visitors. You'll work with leadership for guidelines for space management and conduct overall space planning, including furniture moves, reconfiguration and ongoing process improvement.

You’ll contribute to the success of the business through maintenance, ensuring the safety and security of our facility, employees and visitors.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Ensure maintenance and perform repairs of several facility systems (such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical instruments, elevators, utilities, and systems such as emergency generator, UPS, lighting, security, and Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS))

• Implement preventative maintenance measures

• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies and keep the site head informed on needs for budget purposes

• Complete inspections, keep records updated, and coordinate repairs

• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify the appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol

• Perform other maintenance tasks

What You Bring to the Role

• 1 year experience in facilities management

• Can respond to emergency situations 24/7 with reliable transportation and valid driver license as you're the contact for emergency situations that affect the site campus also transport goods and equipment

• 1 year experience with personal computer and database applications for tracking work orders

• 1 year experience with standard and non-standard power tools

• 1 year experience with vendor relations

What You’ll be Doing

Looking for an opportunity to create a positive employee experience through facilities management? You’ll proactively manage complete facility maintenance of building/sites. You’ll focus on the condition of the space in coordination with vendors. You’ll coordinate with the site facilities head as well as other team members to ensure standards and key performance indicators are being met. You’ll work with leadership for guidelines for space management and conduct overall space planning, including furniture moves, reconfiguration and ongoing process improvement.

You'll report to the Senior Manager of Facilities. You’ll affect the business, the teams you support, and the various departments that you partner with on a consistent basis through facilities management.

Eligibility Guidelines (iAspire)

  • 6 months or more tenure in current position

  • GCA level no more than 2 levels above current role

  • Working in Athens Greece

  • Performance of associates: no corrective actions, meets or exceeds full satisfaction on most recent check-in from all other employees
